Intesa San Paolo Tower

Turin - 2009

The tower, whose construction has been ended in 2011, has 39 floors and a height of 168 metres.

The tower has no air conditioning tools as it has been built according to bio-architecture principles with technological solutions able to reduce energy consumption by a third and it will be totally covered with glass and crystal.

The building is in the area of the Porta Susa station; it has been builted over an area of 7 thousand square metres. There is a garden on the roof as on each floor.

The offices hold 3000 people and there is an auditorium with seating for 500.
